Greeting Card Specifications
Eco-Friendly Greeting Cards
Our officially awesome greeting cards are all printed and manufactured right here in the good ol’ United Kingdom. All cards are individually barcoded for your convenience. We are also able to label all our designs with alpha or numerical codes e.g. 70 or JJ if required. All our cards are left blank inside for the writer’s own message.
The cards measure 150mm x 150mm and are printed on high-quality 300gsm card and come with a 100gsm brown kraft envelope. Our cards are coated on one side for vibrant colours, and uncoated on the other side to allow easy message writing. Each card and envelope is individually packaged in a clear cello bag, giving a professional finish. All cards cost £0.96 with a RRP of £2.30 per card. All our cards are sold in packs of 6.

In layman’s terms; our cards are strong, look amazing, eco-friendly and will protect from any customer with greasy fingers who may have had a kebab the night before. Due to their thickness and size they also make the perfect frisbee... our office record is 10m and a knocked over cup of coffee.
Here, at Redrakoon, doing our bit for the planet and future generations is just as important to us as eating cookies is…well all most... depending on the cookie. That's why we searched high and low to source the very best card stocks to print our awesome greeting cards on and to ensure it was from FSC® certified suppliers.
That’s why all Redrakoon cards are printed on a white 300GSM strong board made with 100% recycled fibres and are FSC® certified.

We didn’t just want to stop there; each card comes with an envelope, as you would expect, however at Redrakoon we ensured that our envelopes eco-friendly, so all our awesome cards come with a 110GSM brown Kraft ribbed envelope made from 100% recycled materials and has a natural feel to them.
They are perfect for any eco-conscious business wanting to focus on using environmentally friendly envelopes.
Making it easier to pay
We get it- running a business can be hectic so we like to make things as easy as possible for our stockists.
When it comes to paying for an order, payment can be made in various including via our website, by instant Electronic Payment, BACs, Faster Payment to our bank account or over the phone. If you are a trade member and wish to pay later, payment details will be shown on your invoice summary.

If you're old school however and still prefer to pay by cheque then we've got you covered. Simply send a cheque to us made payable to Redrakoon and allow at least five working days for the payment to clear.
Payments are accepted in pound sterling only. All first orders are taken on a pro forma basis and then followed by 30 day invoicing for all subsequent orders giving you over 4 weeks before you need to pay a penny.
Ordering made easy
We’ve designed our website so that you don’t have to be messing about like on some websites with complicated links, widgets and online cookies (hey…did someone say cookies…yum yum yum?)
The easiest way to place an order is to register for a Trade Account and place your order via our easy to use website at www.redrakoon.com. Simply select the designs you want, choose the quantities you require and select to pay later or pay straight away if you prefer…job done!
Alternatively, you can email us your order to hello@redrakoon.com or give us a call to place your order over the phone. Every Redrakoon design is individually coded for your convenience to make things just that little bit easier. You will find the codes you need (e.g. RRC001) in this catalogue or on our website below the design image.

Failing that, you can always have one of our lovely agents pop in to see you at your business to take your order in person.
Delivery, exchanges and refunds
We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £100 or more. International orders are quoted individually for carriage costs. We always aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, however all cards are subject to availability.
Delivery from our courier service (Parcel Force) or if delivered by Redrakoon or Royal Mail for smaller orders, will usually require a signature. Delivery is charged at £5.99 for orders under £100.00.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase (which we doubt will ever happen) you can return it to us by post within 14 days from the date of purchase. We also accept carrier pigeon for those who have one. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment if you have already paid for your order. You will need to pay the return postage fee. Once the item is received back at the Redrakoon HQ we'll check it's re-sellable and then refund you the cost of the item only.
In the unfortunate event your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
